Terms of Service & Cleaning Policy

Welcome to Clear & Clean Solutions Cleaning Services. By booking or receiving our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning for both residential and commercial clients throughout the South Okanagan area.

Scheduling & Access

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Clients must ensure we have safe and reliable access to the property (key, code, or on-site contact).
  • If we are unable to access the property, a $50 lockout fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • For residential services, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Commercial clients may refer to their service agreement for contract-specific terms.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment methods accepted: e-transfer, cheque, or direct deposit.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge.
  • New clients may be required to pay a deposit before the first cleaning.

Quality Assurance & Feedback

  • We stand by our work. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
  • Regular feedback is encouraged and helps us maintain our high standards.

Health & Safety

  • Our staff are fully trained, insured, and follow all safety guidelines.
  • We provide our own professional cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise arranged.
  • For the safety of our team, we do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

Damage & Liability

  • Clear & Clean Solutions is fully insured for general liability.
  • While we take great care with your property, accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • We are not responsible for items that were already damaged, improperly installed, or unsecured.

Scope of Work

  • Services will be performed according to the agreed-upon quote or service plan.
  • Any additional tasks or deep cleaning services outside the original scope must be pre-approved and may be billed separately.

Confidentiality

  • All client information, access codes, and property details are kept strictly confidential.
  • Our staff are trained to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Holidays & Weather

  • If a cleaning falls on a statutory holiday, it will be rescheduled for the next available business day.
  • Severe weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

Agreement

By booking or continuing to receive cleaning services from Clear & Clean Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
